submitted by Joseph B. - |Recommended: YesHas Improved over the last year — It's a very comfortable building easy access to center city including work. It's great having Cesar on site too. The building is very quiet for the most part, drama free which is a big plus of course. My only pet peeve is keep that elevator , penthouse floor clean on the regular. It be nice if you pant the floor or put new carpet on the penthouse hall . The mailboxes seem to be a constant mess though. The building coordinator handles things very well. is a professional a great addition to the community.
